H2S provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to replace six (6) stacked chilled water coils for the main built central AHU for the building. H2S designed project with phasing and modification of the built up AHU in way that allowed temporary system to continue to feed the building without shutting down main supply fans. It allowed contractor to build temporary separation to isolate the coil section to perform the work without main unit shutdown. The project also included upgrade of DDC related to coil valve controls and integration into the front end.
