H2S provided feasibility study and full MEP design to convert existing surgery suite into OSHPD 3 licensed surgery clinic. H2S performed detailed study of the existing building MEP system to identify all required upgrades in compliance with OSHPD 3 ASC requirements set forth by HCAI. H2S advised UCLA during scope developement and provided expert guidance. Following, H2S team was hired to complete the MEP construction documents to convert the space into OSHPD 3 surgery center for UCLA. The project also included electrical infrastructure upgrades to separage emergency and non-emergency loads and upgrade existing generator power infrastructure.
