H2S provided this full remodel design for approximatley 10,000 SF space (retail) conversion to a dental suite and a medical office suite. The project included all new HVAC on the existing building, medical gas design, new electrical service, new power and lighting design, new upgraded plumbing utilities and new waste/water/vent design for the entire facility.
